canyon The Cerdagne with gently undulating high planes boasts a small number of rivers and wild canyons, most of which are well known and can be found a few minutes from the main road. All activities are available, just drive up, sign up and let the instructor drive you to the departure point.

Rafting: All abilities are catered for, but the best for a bit of fun and sensation (exertive, yet OK for families) is in the gorges of the Aude.

Canyoning : Also available for all abilities, the most famous of which is the unforgettable, spectacular and thrilling « Llech », which departs from Prades and goes down the sides of Mount Canigou. Instructor required. The Spanish canyons in the Cadi mountain range are also very popular.

Hydrospeed: Available on a number of rivers, the Aude is the most fun and is a favourite amongst families and teenagers.
